Pork, Eggplant and Bell Pepper with Sesame Miso Sauce
- 1 Eggplant (slim Japanese type)
- 1 Green bell pepper
- 100 grams Thinly sliced pork
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Water
- Cut the eggplant and bell pepper into rolling wedges.
- Soak the eggplant in water for a while to remove the harshness.
- Combine the ingredients.
- Cut the pork into suitable sizes.
- Pour vegetable oil to a frying pan, and heat on medium to stir fry the pork.
- When the pork has browned, add the drained eggplant and bell pepper and keep stir frying.
- When the eggplant and bell pepper are well-cooked, add the Step 2 sauce and boil down.
- Serve on a plate and it's done.
