Texas Tortilla Dip

• 1 (8 ounce) jar salsa
• 8 ounces sour cream
• 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
• 1 teaspoon dried red pepper
• 34 cup baby shrimp, cooked
• tortilla chips

1. Mix first 5 ingredients.
2. Cover and chill.
3. Serve with tortilla chips.
