Grape, Cheddar and Walnut Salad
- 2 cups halved red seedless grapes
- 2 large stalk celery, finely chopped
- 14 cup milk finely shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 12 cup light raspberry vinaigrette dressing
- 4 cups torn spinach leaves
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 14 cup toasted chopped walnuts
- COMBINE grapes, celery and cheese in large bowl.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- TOSS spinach and romaine with onions; spoon onto 4 plates.
- Top with grape mixture and nuts.
