Whole Wheat Macrobiotic Cookies
- 100 grams Whole wheat flour
- 4 tbsp Raw cane sugar
- 4 tbsp Safflower oil
- Preheat your oven to 180C.
- Combine the ingredients together and mix well.
- Form the dough into balls with the palms of your hands, and place on parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Adjust the heat as necessary while keeping an eye on them.
- For Christmas, I used icing and chocolate to draw on the cookies.
- Here, I formed them into 2 cm balls and baked them.
- Once they cooled, I sifted powdered sugar on them to make them look like snowballs.
- I also formed them into rilakkuma for my child.
