Avocado Half-Shells With Seafood

  1. Combine chili sauce, mayonnaise, capers, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper.
  2. Toss chili mixture with seafood; chill.
  3. Halve avocados lengthwise, twisting gently to separate halves.
  4. Whack a sharp knife directly into seeds and twist to lift out.
  5. Brush avocado with lemon juice; fill with seafood salad and garnish with lemon wedges.
