Choco Dipped Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

  1. In large mixer bowl, beat Eagle Brand, peanut butter, egg and vanilla till smooth.
  2. Add in biscuit mix, mix well.
  3. Refrigeratedough at least 1 hour.
  4. Shape into 1 inch balls.
  5. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 min, till lightly browned (don't overbake).
  7. Cold.
  8. Partially dip cookies into melted chocolate.
  9. Place on waxed paper.
  10. Let stand till hard.
  11. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
  12. Makes 5 dozen.
