Soured Cream Gravy Recipe

  1. Place vinegar in medium cream.
  2. Let stand in refrigerator 1 - 1 1/2 hrs to sour.
  3. (Don't use pre-soured cream.)
  4. Add in flour and beat with whisk till smooth.
  5. In saucepan place stock and spices.
  6. Add in cream mix and beat with whisk till smooth.
  7. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally till desired consistency.
