Vegan Vegetarian Salad
- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- 2 cups diced ripe tomatoes
- 12 cup sliced radish
- 12 cup sliced cucumber
- 14 cup orange slice
- 14 cup bell pepper
- 14 cup diced celery
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup yogurt
- 12 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 12 fresh jalapeno, finely minced (optional)
- Mix romaine, bean sprouts, and vegetables in large bowl.
- Right before serving, mix yogurt, lemon juice, salt & pepper and jalapeno (optional).
- Pour over salad.
- Can top with tofu, nuts, or whatever you wish.
