Vegan Vegetarian Salad

  1. Mix romaine, bean sprouts, and vegetables in large bowl.
  2. Right before serving, mix yogurt, lemon juice, salt & pepper and jalapeno (optional).
  3. Pour over salad.
  4. Can top with tofu, nuts, or whatever you wish.
