Strawberry-Orange Lush

  1. Beat pudding mix, milk, orange zest and juice in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  2. Stir in half the COOL WHIP.
  3. Refrigerate 5 min.
  4. or until thickened.
  5. Stack cake layers on plate, spreading pudding mixture between layers.
  6. Frost cake with remaining COOL WHIP.
  7. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  8. Microwave preserves in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 15 to 30 sec.
  9. or just until warmed; stir.
  10. Drizzle over cake.
  11. Top with strawberries.
