Strawberry-Orange Lush

• 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
• 3/4 cup cold milk
• 2 tsp. zest and 1/4 cup juice from 1 navel orange
• 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) angel food cake, cut horizontally into 3 layers
• 2 Tbsp. strawberry preserves
• 5 strawberries, cut in half Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09

1. Beat pudding mix, milk, orange zest and juice in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
2. Stir in half the COOL WHIP.
3. Refrigerate 5 min.
4. or until thickened.
5. Stack cake layers on plate, spreading pudding mixture between layers.
6. Frost cake with remaining COOL WHIP.
7. Refrigerate 1 hour.
8. Microwave preserves in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 15 to 30 sec.
9. or just until warmed; stir.
10. Drizzle over cake.
11. Top with strawberries.
