Cheese Roll Ups Recipe

  1. Combine Bisquick and 3/4 c. lowfat milk together to make a soft, manageable dough.
  2. Roll into long narrow oblong shape 1/4" thick.
  3. Combine cheese, butter, lowfat milk and cream, blending with a fork till soft.
  4. Spread mix over the dough and roll up as if for jellyroll.
  5. Place in a 15 inch baking pan and using a sharp knife, cut 1/3 of the way through the dough, 1 inch apart to mark slices.
  6. Bake for 20 min at 450
