Lite Spinach Bacon Deviled Eggs Recipe
- 1 dozen Large eggs, hard cooked and peeled
- 1/2 c. frzn minced spinach, thawed and liquid removed, squeezed dry.
- 1/4 c. mayo
- 1/4 c. bacon bits
- 2 1/2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Cut Large eggs in half lengthwise, scoop out yolk and mash with a fork.
- Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon yolk mix into egg halves.
- Refrigeratetill ready to serve (should refrigerate2 hrs to overnight to let the flavors blend.)
