tatortot hotdish
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 1/2 lb tatortots
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can corn
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 envelope brown gravy mix
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 2 cup shredded cheese
- Prep time 30-45 min, bake time 1 hour
- Preheat oven to 350
- Brown the ground beef and drain grease
- While beef is cooking take an 8x10 baking dish and neatly organize tatortots on the bottom of the pan.
- Set aside.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, corn and milk to beef and stir
- Add gravy and onion mix.
- Stir until all is dissolved.
- Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheese to mixture and stir in evenly
- Pour mixture over the layer of tatortots
- Spread the remaining shredded cheese over the mixture
- Add another neatly organized layer of tatortots on top on cheese
- Put in oven and bake for 1 hour or until the top tatortots are golden brown
