Easy Cheesy Potatoes
- 1 10 oz can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 10 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp season salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 16 oz french onion chip dip
- 2 frozen diced hashbrowns, thawed
- 2 packages shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium diced onion
- 1/2 each medium diced red & green peppers
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- Preheat oven @ 400.
- In a skillet saute peppers and onions in 2 tbsp salted butter.
- Set aside.
- In a large 13x9 pan, mix all ingredients, except 1 package of cheese.
- Cover with foil & bake for 45 minutes.
- Mix again & add last package of cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for another 20 minutes or when cheese melts & everything is bubbly.
- Then serve.
