Creamy Pineapple-Banana Dessert
- 1 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
- 12 cup sour cream
- 1 banana, sliced
- 13 cup chopped nuts
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in reserved pineapple juice and sour cream; chill until thickened.
- Fold in pineapple chunks, banana and nuts.
- Pour into 4 dessert dishes and chill 2 hours or until firm.
