Baked Squash With Rosemary And Honey Recipe
- 2 lb Butternut squash, cleaned cut in 6 serving pcs
- 2 Tbsp. Softened butter
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp Fresh rosemary finely minced
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Place squash pcs cut side down in a greased baking pan.
- Bake 35 min till softened.
- Turn squash over.
- Combine butter, honey and rosemary and spread a spoonful of the mix over each squash piece.
- Bake for 20 min longer, till bubbly and tender.
