Beef Tender loin burger with pulled pork stuffed onion ring and melted cheddar cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 1 tbsp italian seasoning
- 2 large onion rings
- 8 oz pulled pork
- 4 slice mild cheddar cheese
- 2 burger buns of your choice
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- Mix beef, garlic, onion, and italian Seasoning.
- Form two 8 oz.
- Patties
- Season with salt and pepper and grill to your liking
- Meanwhile heat up pulled pork and fry or bake the onion rings.
- Toast your buns and build your burger
