Amazake Mocha Ice Cream
- 200 ml Amazake
- 2 tbsp Instant coffee
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup or molasses
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter (optional)
- Dissolve the instant coffee in a little hot water (not listed).
- Mix Step 1 with all of the other ingredients and chill in the freezer.
- Stir the mixture twice every hour.
- Use a food processor or blender if you have it.
- Done!
