Amazake Mocha Ice Cream

• 200 ml Amazake
• 2 tbsp Instant coffee
• 1 tbsp Maple syrup or molasses
• 1 tbsp Peanut butter (optional)

1. Dissolve the instant coffee in a little hot water (not listed).
2. Mix Step 1 with all of the other ingredients and chill in the freezer.
3. Stir the mixture twice every hour.
4. Use a food processor or blender if you have it.
5. Done!
