Walnut Dressing

• 2 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons unrefined walnut oil
• 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• sea salt
• black pepper

1. Place first 3 ingredients in a bowl and wisk well.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
