Smothered Burritos Recipe

  1. Brown meat and drain.
  2. Add in taco seasoning, beans, onions and water.
  3. Simmer 5 min.
  4. Add in American cheese and let heat.
  5. Put mix in center of soft shell.
  6. Roll and place in 9x13 pan.
  7. Mix tomato soup, chili seasoning and sufficient water to rinse cans.
  8. Heat.
  9. Pour over burritos.
  10. Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
  11. Top with lettuce and tomatoes before serving.
