Pepperoni and Cheese Calzone
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough (such as Pillsbury)
- 8 oz. marinara sauce
- 8 oz. sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Unroll pizza dough.
- Slice into 2 equal halves.
- For each half, layer as follows: 1/4 cup cheese, 2 oz.
- pepperoni, 1/4 cup cheese, 2 oz.
- pepperoni.
- Gently pack and tightly roll each half.
- Tuck in ends to seal.
- Cut a 1/2-inch slit in top of each half.
- Bake on cookie sheet for 30 minutes.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
