Southwestern Cheesy Stuffing Souffle

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Melt butter in medium skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add ham, onions and chiles; cook 8 min.
  4. or onions are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  5. Spread half the stuffing mix onto bottom of 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with layers of half each of the ham mixture and cheese.
  6. Repeat layers.
  7. Whisk eggs and milk until blended; pour over ingredients in dish.
  8. Bake 50 min.
  9. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  10. Let stand 10 min.
  11. before cutting to serve.
