Mixed Berry Biscuit Cobbler

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Spoon berries into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; set aside.
  3. Mix 3/4 cup sugar, tapioca and cinnamon in large saucepan; stir in water and lemon juice.
  4. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
  5. Pour over berries.
  6. Stir baking mix, remaining sugar and milk in medium bowl until mixture forms soft dough.
  7. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls over fruit mixture.
  8. Bake 28 to 30 min.
  9. or until biscuit topping is golden brown.
  10. Cool slightly.
