Hot Lamb Roll

  1. Roll the lamb in the dried mint and char-grill over medium heat until just cooked through.
  2. Rest for 5 minutes and slice thickly.
  3. Spread the base of the roll with tomato relish.
  4. Top with salad leaves and lamb.
  5. Spread the bread lid with cheese spread and place over filling.
  6. Serve immediately.
