JELL-O Microwave Apple Bread Pudding

• 2 1/2 cups milk
• 1 pkg (6-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Cooked Pudding and Pie Filling
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 2 medium apples, peeled and chopped Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 6 slices raisin, white or whole wheat bread, cubed
• 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1. GRADUALLY whisk milk into pudding mix in a large microwaveable bowl.
2. Cook in the microwave on HIGH power for 5 minutes, stirring twice.
3. Add eggs, stirring well and continue to cook on HIGH power for another 3 minutes, stirring once.
4. STIR in raisins and apples.
5. Cook 4 minutes more, stirring once.
6. Gently stir in bread cubes and cook another minute.
7. BLEND sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pudding.
8. Serve warm.
