BLT Quesadilla Wrap

  1. Heat a large skillet to medium heat.
  2. Add butter to skillet and allow to melt.
  3. Lay the tortilla in the skillet and add cheese and bacon to one side of the tortilla.
  4. Fold in half.
  5. Cook for about 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until both sides have brown spots and the tortilla is somewhat crisp.
  6. Transfer quesadilla to a plate and open it very carefully (If youre smart, youll use tongs.

  8. Lay the tomato slices, avocado slices, and greens down the middle.
  9. Drizzle a little ranch dressing over top, then beginning at one side, tightly roll up the tortilla.
