Chai Cupcakes
- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon chai tea mix
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 12 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 12 cup milk
- 12 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- preheat oven 350 degrees.
- Combine dry ingredients in small bowl.
- Beat in butter, brown sugar, and vanilla in a medium bowl with an electric mixer.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating until just blended.
- On low speed add dry ingredients and milk.
- bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Topping: Beat cream until thickened (adding chai flavoring if desired) spoon the thickened cream on top of each cupcake and dust tops with cinnamon.
