Easy Lasagne (Microwave) Recipe
- 1/2 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 (32 ounce.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. ricotta or possibly cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 lasagne noodles, uncooked
- 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced or possibly grated
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- In large glass bowl, crumble grnd beef.
- Set power select at High for 2 or possibly 3 min; stir once.
- Drain.
- Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.
- Meanwhile, combine Ricotta cheese, egg and pepper.
- In 2 qt oblong baking dish, spoon 1/2 c. sauce.
- Alternately layer noodles, egg mix, Mozzarella cheese and sauce, forming 2 layers.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Set power select at High for 8 min and medium-low for 30 to 32 min.
- Rotate twice.
- Noodles should be tender.
- Top with Parmesan cheese; let stand, covered, 15 min before serving.
- About 6 servings.
