Vegan Mocha Cream Sauce

• 8 ounces soft tofu
• 14 cup maple syrup
• 1 tablespoon instant coffee
• 3 teaspoons vanilla extract

1. Blend all ingredients together until very smooth and creamy.
2. Swirl over desserts.
