Lime Glazed Pork Chops

  1. GLAZE.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the marmalade, jalapeno, lime juice and ginger over medium heat for 5 minutes stirring until marmalade is melted.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. CHOPS.
  5. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray and grill chops, covered, over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
  6. Brush with glaze during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
  7. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
