Grandma Tuttle's Beach Rice
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can beef consomme
- 14 cup butter
- 1 (6 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 medium onion, shopped
- 1 cup rice
- Melt butter in 1.5 quart casserole dish.
- Mix in all other ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- I usually stir it after 20 or 30 minutes to mix up the onions and mushrooms, but it's not required.
