Tropical Fruit Kebabs with Lime Cream

  1. Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons lime juice, sugar and lime peel in small bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate lime cream.
  3. Cut papaya into twenty-four 1-inch pieces.
  4. Cut pineapple into twenty-four 1-inch pieces.
  5. Cut each banana crosswise into 8 pieces and place in small bowl.
  6. Toss with remaining 1 tablespoon lime juice.
  7. Alternate fruit on skewers.
  8. Arrange on platter.
  9. (Fruit skewers can be prepared 1 hour ahead.
  10. Cover and chill.)
  11. Serve with lime cream.
