PROTEIN BARS Recipe Sadrac

  1. Preheat oven to 350, Spray a 8x8 backing dish or pan, you can also use Parchment Paper and spray the paper.
  2. In a large bowl mix the flour/oatmeal, Protein Powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, flaxseed, and wheat germ
  3. In a smaller bowl whisk the egg whites and sweetener until foamy and dissolved Add the ricotta cheese and baby food and whisk until well blended
  4. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and whisk until well blended
  5. Pour into prepared baking dish and bake for 20-26 minutes...or until its set
  6. This recipe will make 16 bars and you can have two as a serving....enjoy after your workout or as a healthy snack!
