Cherry O Cream Cheese Pie Recipe
- 1 crumb (graham cracker) baked pastry 9" shell
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. Bordens Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 1/3 c. (15 ounce.) Eagle Brand sweet lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (1 pound 6 ounce.) can prepared cherry pie filling
- Let cheese stand at room temperature for several hrs.
- Beat till fluffy.
- Gradually stir in Eagle Brand lowfat milk.
- Add in lemon juice.
- Pour into prepared pie shell.
- Refrigerate2 or possibly 3 hrs.
- Garnish with cherry pie filling.
