Healthy Cilantro Lime Tuna Salad

  1. Drain water from tuna and add to a medium sized bowl.
  2. Add chopped cucumber, tomatoes, cilantro, and seasonings.
  3. Mix to combine well.
  4. Squeeze lime juice from entire lime over the tuna salad.
  5. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. This allows the salad to soak up the lime juice for more flavor and its best served cold.
  7. Enjoy!
