oven roasted chicken and rice
- 4 large chicken bone in skin on quarters leg and thigh or breast
- 4 cup rice
- 1/2 pints creamy or regular Italian salad dressing
- 2 quart chicken broth
- 1 salt and garlic powder to taste for chicken
- 1 salt to taste for rice
- 1 pints water if needed
- preheat oven 450F fahrenheit
- add to a roaster rice salt broth and lay chicken on top of rice pour Italian dressing over top of everything if not enuff add 4 ounces more
- if liquid soaks out, absorbed, completely add a pint of water.
- Bake till chicken amd rice is done let sit for 15 minutes stir well hope you enjoy
