Wilted Spinach with Garlic

  1. Add oil and garlic to a large skillet.
  2. Cook over low heat, until garlic is cooked through.
  3. Remove garlic.
  4. Add spinach to pan, turning to wilt.
  5. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately.
