Mandys polenta and chorizo

  1. In a large pot boil chicken stock ,whisk in polenta and cook on low for 3 minutes ,pour into a spring form pan and cool totally.
  2. Slice chorizo peppers and onions .
  3. Hear saute pan add chorizo cook for 2-3 minutes until oils are released then add peppers and onions cook for 5 minutes on low .
  4. Once chilled remove polenta from pan and cut into wedges and cook in a preheated griddle pan with a little oil until full heated tru.
  5. Place on a plate and add chorizo mix top with grated asiago cheese .
  6. Enjoy.
