Ladybirds Watermelon Cup Cakes .
- 1 slice large , of watermelon
- 1 cup whipped thickened cream
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 12 blueberries
- 4 raspberries
- Carefully cut the watermelon skin from the flesh and discard the skin .
- Carefully insert cookie cutter into watermelon flesh and push down as far you can into watermelon flesh , leaving room to do a couple more , cut bottom from watermelon flesh so you it's level with cutter bottom .
- Remove cutter leaving a circle of watermelon flesh behind as the cake .
- Place a dollop of cream on top of each cut circle watermelon flesh and spread it all over the top .
- Peel the kiwi fruit and slice it thinly , place one peace of kiwi fruit per watermelon cake , in the middle ontop of the cream .
- And place three blueberries around the kiwi slice ontop of the cream now add a little cream to the open end of the raspberries and place one raspberry , per cake , ontop of each kiwi slice on the cream ontop of watermelon cake .
- Place in refrigerator till needed , serve cold on serving platter .
- Enjoy .
