Trinka's Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a food processor, blend artichoke hearts, garlic, romano cheese and parmesean cheese until minced but not pasty.
  3. (Mine takes about 15 seconds).
  4. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
  5. Add all remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.
  6. The mixture should be pretty thick.
  7. Spray a shallow oven proof serving dish with cooking spray.
  8. Transfer mixture to serving dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and consistency is dip-like.
  9. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
