Spicy Chicken orgasm Wraps

  1. Cut chicken into bite size strips.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with creole seasoning and pepper.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet.
  4. Add chicken and saute until chicken is mostly cooked on med-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken and set aside in a bowl or dish.
  6. Add the last tablespoon of olive oil and add onion, garlic, zucchini, summer squash, and red bell pepper.
  7. Saute for 3-4 minutes or until onion just starts to turn translucent.
  8. Return chicken to skillet and add thyme.
  9. Let cook on med-high until most of the liquid in pan has dissipated.
  10. Add your lemon juice and hot sauce.
  11. Turn to Med heat and cook for another 2 minutes.
  12. Turn off heat.
  13. Cook couscous as directed on back of box.
  14. I usually use "far east" brand.
  15. You can use Olive oil and herb, chicken and herb or Parmesan flavors.
  16. In a small bowl combined sour cream, creole seasoning, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce.
  17. Mix until fully incorperated.
  18. Pretty much buy the largest flour tortillas you can find.
  19. Or buy wrap.
  20. Any flavor will work.
  21. Just make sure to warm them to make them easier to work with.
  22. Build your wrap as follows, couscous, chicken and veggies, cheese and sauce.
  23. I can't say I know the exact proportions, but you want at least 1/4 cup cous cous, 1/2 - 3/4 cup chicken mixture, 1 oz cheese and at least 2 tablespoons sauce.
  24. I also like to put some fresh baby spinach in there too.
  25. It gives it a nice fresh flavor.
