Butterfinger Dessert Recipe
- 2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. Soda cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. Butter, melted
- 1 pkt Instant vanilla pudding
- 1 pkt Instant butterscotch pudding
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 quart Vanilla ice cream
- 8 ounce Cold Whip
- 4 x Frzn Butterfingers
- Combine cracker crumbs and butter.
- Press 2/3 into bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
- Combine puddings and prepare using only 2 c. of lowfat milk.
- Blend in the softened vanilla ice cream.
- Beat till smooth.
- Pour over crumb mix.
- Freeze till partly hard.
- Remove and cover with Cold Whip.
- Crush candy bars and mix with remaining 1/3 c. crumb mix.
- Sprinkle on top of cold whip.
- Chill -Don't FREEZE- several hrs.
