Cocoa Chile Pork Tenderloin
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 -2 tablespoon McCormick Cocoa Chile Blend
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon ground oregano leaves
- 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- Mix brown sugar, cocoa chile blend, garlic powder, salt and oregano in small bowl.
- Coat pork evenly with seasoning mixture.
- Refrigerate overnight for best flavor or at least for a couple of hours before cooking.
- Grill over medium heat 25 to 30 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved, turning occasionally.

- Cover loosely with foil.
