Pepper Parmesan Crusted Baked Ham

  1. Preheat oven to 275
  2. Spray a baking pan with non stick cooking spray
  3. Combine mustard and mayonnaise in a small bowl, mix well, brush all surfaces of ham lightly with mixture.
  4. In another small bowl combine pepper and parmesan, coat ham with this pressing to adhere.
  5. Place ham cut side down in baking pan.
  6. Pour water and cream around ham.
  7. Cover ham loosely with foil.
  8. Bake 12 minutes a pound just until heated through.
  9. Let sit 10 minutes before carving
