Chocolate Hippo

  1. Whip cream until very stiff.
  2. Fold in chocolate syrup and liqueur throughly.
  3. Place in miniature souffle cups and freeze.
  4. Serve frozen and sprinkle chocolate shavings on top of each souffle.
