Chanchanyaki Style Salmon

  1. Cut the salmon into bite sized pieces, and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Cut the cabbage and onion into easy to eat pieces.
  3. Combine the flavoring ingredients and mix well.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, and cook the salmon on both sides.
  5. When it's lightly browned, take it out.
  6. Put another tablespoon of oil in the frying pan and stir fry the cabbage, onion and bean sprouts.
  7. When the vegetables become pliant, add the butter and the combined flavoring ingredients.
  8. When everything from step 6 has mixed well together, re-add the salmon, cover the pan wiwth a lid and steam-cook for about 5 to 10 minutes - 5 minutes for crunchy-crispy vegetables, 10 minutes for soft vegetables.
  9. Transfer to serving plates and it's done.
