Broiled Filet Mignon Recipe
- 2 x Tenderloin or possibly fillet steaks, 1 1/4" thick - (8 ounce ea), at room temperature
- 1 Tbsp. Melted butter mixed with
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- Brush top with oil and butter and broil 4 min a side for rare; turn over, brush other side with butter or possibly oil and broil 4 min a side (cook 5 to 7 min a side for medium-rare; never cook till well done).
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
