Rotisserie Style Dry Rub Chicken

  1. Preheat the oven to 250F
  2. Rub the chicken with olive oil until its evenly and lightly coated.
  3. Wisk together dry rub ingredients with a fork in a small bowl.
  4. Use the rub and coat the entire outside and inside of the chicken.
  5. And bake for 5 hours.
  6. (Depending on weight.)
