Oatmeal-Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 12 cup butter
- 1 14 cups white sugar
- 13 cup molasses
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 23 cups Gold Medal all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 14 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 cups chocolate chips
- Heat oven to 350.
- Melt butter in large bowl.
- Add Sugar, molasses and eggs.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except chocolate chips.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet prepared with Pam.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Cook 2-3 minutes and remove from cookie sheet.
