Corn Casserole
- 7 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 (8 ounce) cans cream-style corn
- 1 cup butter flavored cracker, crushed
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 12 cup processed cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- Combine all of the ingredients; mix well.
- Pour into a coated 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
