Glazed Whole Carrots Recipe
- 2 bunches sm. carrots
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. honey
- Cook carrots in boiling, salted water till tender, about 15 to 20 min.
- Drain.
- Heat butter in skillet; stir in honey.
- Add in carrots and cook till glazed.
- Add in spices, if you like.
